Working in an International Organization – “One Team, Many Cultures”

“You can’t build global solutions with a local mindset.”

From the very beginning, AXON Networks was designed to solve problems that weren’t bound by borders. WiFi instability in Warsaw. Latency complaints in Los Angeles. Inconsistent speeds in Singapore. The issues were universal. So the solution had to be too.

That’s why AXON Networks didn’t grow from one office in one city. It grew from a belief that the best teams are distributed by design.

Today, AXON is a truly international company—with employees across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond. Developers in Kraków. Product leads in Madrid. Engineers in California. People separated by time zones but connected by mission.

And while that sounds like a modern tech cliché, the reality is much more meaningful—and more challenging. Because working internationally isn’t just about Zoom calls and Slack channels. It’s about understanding. Flexibility. Knowing when to speak and when to listen. Respecting cultural nuance. Creating space for different perspectives—and knowing that the best ideas don’t come from sameness.

Over the years, we’ve built a culture of trust over proximity. We don’t care where you sit—we care what you bring.

And we’ve found that the more diverse our team becomes, the more innovative our platform becomes. Because when you’re solving problems for ISPs in 40+ countries, you need people who understand 40+ ways of thinking.

Yes, it’s hard. Time zones clash. Communication styles differ. But that friction has made us sharper. It’s helped us create a culture where ownership is shared, feedback is welcomed, and brilliance comes from unexpected places.

We don’t just work internationally. We think globally, we operate globally, and we grow globally—because that’s what our customers need, and what the future demands.

At AXON Networks, the internet has no borders. Neither do we.
